DB InfraGO AG's Nord (RIS) regional repair is the specialist for repair services within the Deutsche Bahn network infrastructure and supports regional networks as a reliable partner. At the closest possible time, we are looking for you as project manager:in / project engineer:in (w/m/d) for the field of repair construction engineering at the Hamburg or Hannover site. In the project realization department, you take over the overarching control of construction and maintenance measures and ensure the time-, cost- and quality-oriented implementation of all construction projects within the Nord region (Hamburg, Bremen, Niedersachsen, Schleswig-Holstein). Your tasks:

As project manager:includes the quality, cost and time-related implementation of repair measures of all levels of difficulty in construction engineering The successful implementation of the measures is ensured by the coordination of external service providers such as construction companies and planning offices as well as by the technical coordination with internal clients. Voting with authorities and other bodies involved, you tax diplomatically and purposefully and obtain the necessary permissions for your projects You co-ordinate and tax all project participants and material resources, collect the required offers for planning services, floor inspections, material analyses, construction design and construction monitoring and commission the relevant foreign companies You will actively participate in the required location dates for defining the task, for voting, progress control, and acceptance according to VOB and deficiencies elimination Ensuring the quality of execution, compliance with technical requirements as well as the project documentation compliant with the rules and handover to the plant managers are your responsibility

Your profile:

You have successfully completed your studies in civil engineering (Bachelor, Master or Diploma), ideally focusing on constructive engineering Ideally, you have complex repair and construction projects in construction engineering from planning to implementation via professional experience in the management and control of complex engineering projects Basic knowledge of VOB and HOAI as well as a secure understanding of relevant rules and guidelines are the key to You work independently, structured and responsible and communicate safely with internal clients and external project participants You can also keep track of several parallel projects and control dates, costs and quality in a targeted manner. Safe handling of MS Office applications helps you to organize, manage and document your projects You have a class B driver's license and are ready to perform project-related appointments at different locations
