Team Leader Financial Accounting - Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable (m/f/d)

Leadership and development of the team You lead, motivate and develop the team of creditor and debitor accounting and ensure clear structures and efficient allocation of tasks. Responsibility for operational processes The proper processing of all creditor and debitoral transactions and smooth payment transactions are your responsibility. Degrees and Reporting You contribute to monthly and annual accounts and support meaningful evaluations and reports for management. clarification of technical questions In the case of balance sheet and sales tax issues, you take over the technical assessment, agree with external partners if necessary and ensure correct implementation. Projects and further development You control and support projects in financial accounting and actively promote the development and efficient design of existing processes.

Commercial qualification After completing a commercial study with a focus on accounting or a commercial training (e.g. industrial businessman/wife) with further training to the account book holder, you will bring several years of experience in accounting. Professional experience You have been working in accounting for several years, preferably in an international company. Safe in handling systems and digital processes You work routined with Microsoft Office and have experience with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Structured working and team skills A precise, independent and responsible way of working distinguishes you and allows you to master challenging tasks. You will also be able to convince yourself by strong team and communication skills. Language skills Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English complete their profile.
