ATOSS Consultant (m/w/d)

We are looking for you as an ATOSS consultant:in (m/w/d).

Bringing together: You support us in the introduction and operation of the ATOSS time management system and its modules in our facilities. Help: You enter our internal users via the Helpdesk ticket system and help them with advice and action. Optimize processes: You take care of system maintenance with a special focus on process digitalization and data harmonisation. You implement changes: You implement further developments and change needs, especially due to new legal requirements. Share knowledge: You perform user-related online training and make sure that our team is always up to date.

Experience: You are familiar with service planning programs and have already gained experience in the administration of the ATOSS time management system. Project professional: Rollout projects as part of a software launch are nothing new for you and you know what it is. Legal knowledge: The basics of the Working Time Act are known to you and you do not get the escape if you can read collective agreements and business agreements and implement them in solutions. Industry knowledge: It is advantageous if you are already familiar with the structures and working time models in a medical facility. Language skills: You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing. If you still have a little English knowledge, this is only beneficial in our expanding company. Self-employment and team skills: You have a high level of IT affinity, and you are characterized by structured, independent and result-oriented work with a “Hands-on” mentality. Nevertheless, you are a real team player and support where you can, because you only know together we are strong. Communication: An open-minded and winning approach to people completes your profile. Software knowledge: You are routined in dealing with the current MS Office applications, but your heart only strikes higher when you can work collaboratively on Windows 365.
