Own-responsible implementation of maintenance orders taking into account recognised technical standards Conducting tests according to professional regulations for different object types Ensuring operational readiness and safety of technical equipment by proactive maintenance, inspections and rapid response to disturbances Diagnosis of deficiencies and introduction of targeted measures to remedy execution, documentation and tracking of maintenance, inspection and repair work Coordination and control of external service providers: accompaniment, instruction, quality control and acceptance of services Preparation of technical protocols and documentation Participation in fault service to respond quickly and efficiently to technical problems Implementation and compliance with safety and accident prevention measures to ensure a safe working environment Training and support of our service specialists in systems such as fire alarm systems (BMA), packaging stations, building control technology and MSR technology Analysis and diagnosis of complex fault images for rapid damage elimination Creating and mentoring new colleagues to build a strong team and share knowledge continuously

Completed training as an electromechanical, electrical engineer according to VDE 0105 or plant mechanic SHK, alternatively several years of relevant professional experience Knowledge of operating and building engineering Experience in troubleshooting according to performance agreements Safe handling of PC and IT systems Commitment to customers and foreign companies High operational readiness, resilience and sense of responsibility Careful, quality-oriented and independent operation incl. own order disposition Team skills and readiness for ongoing training Driving licence Class B and personal mobility
