HAPEKO (www.HAPEKO.de) is represented throughout Germany with more than 20 locations.] Professional and disciplinary management of the 10-person maintenance team as well as planning and controlling personnel and resources Ensuring mechanical maintenance of production facilities, in particular in the field of hydraulics, pneumatics and mechanics Introduction and sustainable implementation of Shopfloor management, 6S and other Lean tools for continuous process improvement Development and implementation of a preventive maintenance strategy to increase plant availability (OEE) and reduce standstills Contact person (m/w/d) for external service providers and suppliers in terms of maintenance, spare parts procurement and workshop equipment as well as participation in the construction, commissioning and maintenance of new machines and responsibility for technical infrastructure projects

Graduated training as an industrial mechanic / mechatronic (m/w/d) with training as a master, technician (m/w/d) or comparable qualification At least first management experience in maintenance, ideally in an industrial environment High affinity on topics of predictive maintenance and shop-floor management Experience in change management and implementation of improvement processes High level of responsibility and orientation
