We are looking for

Your future tasks:

• Outpatient first emergency care, carrying out preventive, recruitment and aptitude studies, as well as advice on health protection, prevention and individual health
• Evaluate mental stress with derivation of recommendations for action and design of emergency and pandemic plans and examinations of accidents at work for risk reduction
• Advising hazardous substances management including biomonitoring, noise, vibration and radiation protection tests and deriving measures from risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (including ArbSchG, ASiG, DGUV regulations) and internal quality standards Accompanying integration management (BEM) and further developing occupational health management including participation in certifications such as ISO 45001
• Configuring and guiding projects and processes of change (e.g. digitalization, occupational medical processes and documentation)
• Responsibilities of occupational medical organizational tasks (e.g. participation in ASA, reporting) as well as networks with industrial supervision, professional association and external health services

This will bring you

• Complete university study of medicine with specialist training in occupational medicine or additional name in occupational medicine
• Task-related professional experience in occupational medical care and self-employed patient care and emergency care
• Funded knowledge of preventive and aptitude studies, health risk assessment and relevant laws (ArbSchG, ArbMedVVV, ASiG)
• Affinity for digital solutions as well as experience in the introduction and further development of digital occupational medical processes and health services
• Project management expertise and experience in the analysis of health indicators with derivation of recommendations for action
• Communication-proof English and German skills
