TV Entg0 DRV Activity Our Department of Prevention, Rehabilitation and Social Medicine takes on the principle and cross-sectional tasks of pension insurance and also deals with cross-subsidiary issues in the fields of procedures, law and digitization. In order to implement the EU regulation on the European Health Data Space (EHDS), the same-named project was established in our department. The aim is a uniform, safe and interoperable framework for the use of health data within EU Member States. This framework serves both direct care and treatment of patients, as well as secondary use, through research and policy. The EDHS project is initiated, established by a project team and implemented by 2035 as part of the projects funded by the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (BMAS).

As an expert for digital projects, you are responsible for the analysis of our specific applications in the fields: communication, application, research and provision of data. You will then develop results-oriented, interoperable procedures for the implementation of EU requirements. Your tasks focus on: Analysis and processing of applications: You quickly provide an overview of the respective cases and related IT and legal issues. First solution approaches develop on the basis of identifying obstacles and stakeholders and bring them together in project groups. Requirement management and project management: As a coordinator of the subproject groups, you conduct the project meetings and develop the requirements and specifications of the processes and systems for a holistic, nationwide implementation. Know-how and network management: Through the timely establishment of a network of stakeholders and experts to answer specific questions, you build a solid basic understanding of IT, legal and health issues and ensure your ability to speak and represent the project to internal and external stakeholders (e.g. doctors, IT security, directors, federal ministries and bodies). Project controlling: With the development of KPIs and the establishment of appropriate reporting and risk management, you evaluate and manage the project progress and plan the use of resources.

You understand themselves as an interested, proactive and powerful personality. With your experience, you can easily move between different topics, groups of people and interests, can quickly take other perspectives and efficiently adapt the required know-how. In addition to extensive project experience, you will bring a healthy pragmatism paired with a holistic perspective into your team. In addition, you have: A completed university education: Academic degree Bachelor / Diploma FH in a task-relevant field, e.g. health science, computer science or law with health care. Multiannual job-relevant professional experience: at least two years of professional experience within the framework of large digitization projects, in a legal or medical context. Experience in the collection and analysis of processes is advantageous. Solid basic knowledge: basic IT understanding, a legal overview (EHDS-VO) and a basic understanding of the German social security system, especially those in the fields of prevention and rehabilitation are of advantage.

A nationwide, complex digitalization project: The project includes the health data of 16 pension insurance institutions, the fields of prevention, rehabilitation and pension, and more than 1000 institutions concerned.
