Energy Technician / Project Technician Energy and Building Technology (m/f/d)

In the Facility Management team, you plan and control energy-efficient refurbishments of Hallendächern at our production and assembly halls and make measures for saving energy visible. You accompany the construction project “New transformer station and energy distribution plants” as a technical interface between internal specialist areas, specialist planners and exporting companies. You evaluate refurbishment variants, execution details and supplements technically, energetically and economically. You can safely tune topics relating to energy distribution, power supply, PV connection and building technical interfaces with the participating partners. You analyze and optimise plant parameters to further improve energy efficiency, operational safety and sustainability. You support tenders, awards, construction processes, acceptances and documentation in the technical project environment. You sensitize employees and tenants for energy-efficient behavior and sustainable solutions in building operations.

Graduate: Studies or training in the field of energy technology, building technology, supply technology with further education to the technician/master (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Multiannual practical experience in technical construction or renovation projects, ideally in the industrial, production or building engineering environment A good understanding of energetic renovations, roof structures, technical building equipment and electrical energy distribution Safety in handling specialist planners, construction companies, internal contacts and external partners A structured, solution-oriented and reliable way of working with which you can keep track of dates, costs and technical interfaces Joy in implementing sustainability and not only planning energy efficiency, but actively promoting energy efficiency The activity is limited to 2 years – with a chance of taking over.
