You are responsible for the strategic development of our Data & AI team - both in terms of personnel, processes and the use of state-of-the-art technologies. You promote a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within our IT team. You are responsible for the design, implementation and further development of our company-wide data governance and data architecture. You identify, evaluate and prioritize data-based business cases to establish data as a strategic corporate value; be it in the optimization of our recipes, the production of our cookies or the logistics. You act as a central interface between the data area and the management and translates complex data and AI topics into understandable decision bases. You are proactively identifying and realizing new business opportunities through innovative data and analysis initiatives. You evaluierst, select, implement and maintain the technology components for our data and analysis stack, especially in cloud environments. You ensure the scalability, security and compliance of the data infrastructure and promote the highest data quality. You define and implement a long-term technical AI roadmap, take into account generative AI, ML and predictive analyses and pay attention to responsible AI use. You are responsible for the entire life cycle of AI models (MLOps) from prototype to productive use.

You have a deep understanding of data science, data engineering and cloud architectures (especially Google Cloud Platform). You have expertise in data governance and the development of strategic data architectures. You have knowledge of machine learning, predictive analyses and generic AI with focus on value creation. You're drawing on your leadership skills in agile environments and proven successes in project and transformation management. You have sound knowledge of big data technologies, cloud data warehouses (e.g. BigQuery) and MLOps pipelines. You have a degree in a relevant quantitative field (informatics, mathematics, etc.). You bring multi-year professional experience in data and AI, of which you have also worked as a lead with personal responsibility and have achieved success in cloud environments
