Production Manager (m/f/d)

Overall responsibility for several production teams with currently a total of around 180 employees Professional and disciplinary leadership and targeted further development of the directly assigned team leaders Ensuring occupational safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost-effectiveness in the responsible manufacturing sector Control of personnel and resources use for stable and efficient production processes analyse production key figures, identify potential for improvement and develop processes using lean management and continuous improvement Promoting the digitization of production - in particular by expanding the MES and implementing an increasingly paper-free production Accompanying automation projects and new manufacturing technologies from the first idea to stable use in series production actively shape change processes and involve executives and employees and gain them for new solutions Close cooperation with adjacent areas such as production planning, work preparation, development, product management, quality, logistics, maintenance and personnel

Successfully completed technical or engineering studies or a further education as a master or technician with corresponding professional experience Multiannual leadership experience in an industrial production environment, ideally in leading larger production units via team leaders Knowledge of Lean Management, Shopfloor Management and Continuous Improvement A strong understanding of production characteristics, business relationships and costs Experience in controlling and developing production processes as well as in handling ERP or MES systems Ideally practical experience with digitization or automation projects A clear, value-aware and binding leadership style as well as the ability to give orientation and attract people for changes Knowledge of textile manufacturing processes is advantageous - alternatively, the willingness to work intensively into the corresponding technologies and processes Experiences from medical technology, the textile industry, the automotive or subcontracting sector or comparable series production are desirable Strength of decision, sense of responsibility, self-initiative and a high degree of innovativeness
