As Head of Process Engineering (m/w/d), you are part of Optima Pharma. In the development and production of intelligent turnkey filling solutions including isolator and freeze dryers, you will work with the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Future-oriented, sustainable and flexible.

You guide process technology professionally and disciplinaryly and develop your team along technological and regulatory requirements. You standardize and optimize sterile production processes, identify and solve technical deviations and ensure efficient, stable processes in complex process engineering systems.You are responsible for monitoring and further developing critical process parameters in aseptic areas - including clean air technology, process management and qualified plant performance and keep track of ongoing projects. You have extensive experience in demanding sterile process chains and introduce them, in particular in the development of stable cycles, the technical qualification as well as the support of complex commissioning. Together with your team, you design the multi-site technology and product roadmap and ensure a future-oriented development of the processes and systems in coordination with internal stakeholders and customers.
