As a Project Manager (m/w/d) in After Sales, you take over the complete execution of service projects with a focus on remodeling and maintenance at existing customer facilities worldwide. The project controlling will keep you constantly running and keep in mind costs, quality and dates to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability. As a central contact person for your projects, you will be in close contact with the relevant Service Account Manager as well as the internal specialist departments and will report regularly on project status. The independent execution of orders via ERP and CRM systems is one of your tasks as well as the structured preparation and refurbishment of customer operations. The assignment of service technicians and the clarification of responsibilities You are as reliable as the supportive support during use on site.

A successfully completed technical study or a further education for the technician (m/w/d) or an economic qualification with technical training. Multiannual professional experience in machine or plant engineering or as service or Customer orientation as well as an interdisciplinary and solution-oriented way of working. Your goal is to ensure the highest quality and customer satisfaction. In dealing with project management tools as well as common MS Office applications, you are safe and experienced. You will bring reliable knowledge of German and English as well as the willingness to participate in occasional business trips.
