Teamlead SAP SuccessFactors (m/w/d)

You lead, engage and lead a team of SAP SuccessFactors Consultants. You carry out regular performance reviews and give your team members constructive feedback. You are responsible for successfully implementing SAP SuccessFactors projects and for meeting customer requirements, schedule and budget. You advise our customers on best practices, system architecture and integration strategies. In addition, you build close relationships with our customers and plead them to ensure they are satisfied with the delivered solutions. You can also always find ways to optimize the processes in the team.

You have at least 5 years of professional experience in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules, ideally with in-depth knowledge in Employee Central. You will have first experiences in managing projects and teams. You can explain complex facts and communicate with different stakeholders at eye level - both in German (at least C1 level) and in English. You have extensive experience in customer consulting and have a good understanding of customer needs and challenges. You can develop and implement sustainable, strategic solutions. You work in a targeted and independent way, keep track of complex projects and can make informed decisions that advance the project.
