Head of Inventory Management and Real Estate Controlling (m/f/d)

Design the future of our real estate stock. In this versatile position, you take a central role in controlling and developing our real estate stock. You are responsible for housing management, initial analysis, reports and key figures for corporate management, and support economic planning and further development of our rent strategy. Digitization and contract management from a single source. You control and develop contract management for different real estate contracts and actively shape the digitization of our processes. Here you take the technical responsibility for central applications such as ERP systems (SAP Blue Eagle), CRM solutions, tenant portals and rental tools. Successful projects through strong cooperation. With your team, you will carry out project tasks relating to inventory purchases, new building projects and the integration of new real estate assets – especially in the area of publicly funded housing projects. As an important interface, you coordinate cooperation with authorities, funding agencies, internal departments and other stakeholders. In addition, you can concentrate on workshops and specialist events in the real estate industry. Management with effect and responsibility: As a manager, you lead a dedicated team of thirteen employees in the topics of rent calculation and project management. You take responsibility for important projects and represent the Head of Real Estate in internal and external bodies.

Your personality: Personally, you are convinced by your strategic and analytical thinking and your ability to keep an overview even in complex contexts. You communicate clearly and confidently, perform safely and have strong leadership skills with which you develop employees and successfully manage teams. Your work is structured, responsible and shaped by decision-making, enforcement and a high degree of self-initiative. Your experience: You have several years of professional experience in the real estate industry, especially in the inventory management. In doing so, you have gained in-depth knowledge of the analysis and further development of housing processes. You are as familiar with the cooperation with different stakeholders from administration, politics and funding bodies. In addition, you have gained profound experience in the management of employees as well as in the management of complex, multi-disciplinary projects. Safe handling of digital systems, especially SAP Blue Eagle, as well as very good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel, complete your profile. Your training: You bring a completed training to the real estate businessman or to the real estate businesswoman and ideally a further education to the real estate business (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification.
