We analyse personnel and organisational structures, develop key figures and reports, and support managers in personal business issues. At the same time, we actively contribute to the digitization of our HR processes, for example in the fields of SAP HCM, SAP Fiori, electronic personal files and digital time management. In this position, you support us in further expanding transparency, data quality and manageability in the personnel sector.

Analysis, processing and visualization of personnel and organization data Creation and further development of regular reports, key figures and decision templates Support for personnel budget planning, forecasting, provisions and annual financial statements from HR perspective Advising executives and internal contact persons on personal evaluations Professional cooperation in the introduction and further development of digital HR applications, in particular in the fields of SAP HCM, SAP Fiori, electronic personnel file and digital time management Ensuring data quality and further development, documentation and optimization of our reporting and controlling processes

Funded SAP HCM knowledge (including key user experience and customizing) Very good Microsoft Excel knowledge Good knowledge of tariff law (TV‐AVH) Professional experience in HR controlling or adjacent areas Analytical thinking capacity as well as structured and solution-oriented operation Individual initiative, team spirit and joy in digitalization issues Completion of Higher Education Department of Business, Administration or Human Resources
