The Group Structured is responsible for the front trading of structured credit products (e.g. secured financing, portfolio financing, insured trades, etc.) within the Credit Markets division. The focus is on structuring, product development and execution of customer transactions with credit reference. In addition, strategic topics for the business field are analysed, developed and advanced together with business development and relevant interfaces in the bank. The unit offers a dynamic, international environment with design space, innovation opportunities and close relation to market and customer needs. The aim is to develop new business ideas, implement structured solutions for customers and actively shape the further expansion of the business field.

Structure and Execution of High Touch' credit products in front trading, including pricing, documentation and implementation of customer transactions Acquisition of credit and transaction authorisations, including NPP processes, management templates and other internal approval paths Accounting and mapping of transactions in relevant systems and ensuring proper process and data quality Supporting the central risk management of international operating back books, in particular with regard to pricing, PnL, RWA usage, hedging strategies and KPIs Analysis and further development of strategic topics along current market, product and customer developments in the credit market environment Professional communication and coordination with customers, customer support, sales, business development, management and internal interfaces Working in an international team to successfully implement customer transactions, business ideas and strategic initiatives

Banker or comparable training Funded understanding of capital markets, in particular with a view to financial and economic relations in the national and international environment Capital Markets Experience as well as broad product expertise, ideally related to structured credit products Quantitative strength as well as safe handling of pricing logics, risk indicators, PnL considerations and capital market-related assessment issues International capital market experience and a good understanding of relevant market mechanisms, regulatory requirements and accounting issues Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, as well as sovereign appearance in communication with different stakeholders High self-responsibility, resilience and team orientation combined with design wills, implementation strength and an open, constructive way of working
