As part of challenging consulting projects, Sparkassen supports the analysis, optimization and further development of its credit and active processes as well as organizational structures. Your tasks include the support of introductory and change projects around processes, applications and standards of the Sparkassen Financial Group. Workshops on process analysis and efficiency enhancement are designed, moderated and sustainably accompanied by you. With professional project management, you will lead your customers from the first idea to the conception to the successful implementation. You will also make an important contribution to the further development of existing consulting services and the development of new solutions for the savings banks world.

A bank or savings bank training has been successfully completed, ideally complemented by a study or a comparable business or banking training. Multiannual practical experience in the active business of a savings bank, in particular in company and/or commercial customer consulting, distinguishes your professional career. Finding knowledge of the processes, structures and systems within the Sparkassen financial group as well as a good understanding of the organizational and technical contexts will certainly help you.
