Do you like to be on site at the construction site and always have a look at your project? Your expertise lies in the technical building equipment with a focus on KG400 heating, ventilation, sanitary and air conditioning technology? Then you will be part of our growing team. We occupy this position at several locations in Germany. Monitoring of the construction design for the field of domestic engineering (heating, ventilation, sanitary, climate), including appointment control, cost control and quality assurance Possible takeover of tasks of internal project management, for example in the areas of MRP, risk management and budget control Coordination of interfaces between technical structures, construction structures and local companies Participation in tendering and award processes Maintaining and expanding customer relationships and networking in the region

Complete study of supply technology or comparable engineering studies or TGA, HLSK (heating, ventilation, sanitation, climate) Multiannual professional experience in object monitoring knowledge in the tendering and awarding and safe handling of VOB, HOAI and the technical regulations Ready to travel to the construction sites on site in the region Enforceability, team spirit and fun in dealing with different people, teams and tasks
