Support sales systems – You ensure that our sales systems run reliably: You are the first person to contact users, keep an overview of technical relationships and coordinate the troubleshooting in the Patris Office environment. Technical fault management – You are structuring faults, testing solutions in your own test environment and ensuring that our processes remain stable through clear documentation. Rollout and release planning – You plan and control rollouts as well as updates, prioritize at the right places and make sure that billing-relevant processes work smoothly at any time. Digitalization & Process Optimization – You recognize optimization potentials, develop modern, digital concepts and actively promote the further development of our technical sales infrastructure. Coordination of external service providers – You control our IT service providers, keep interfaces stable and accompany technical measures with a clear view of quality and feasibility. Tendering & performance directories – You bring your technical understanding into tender processes and shape precise functional and technical requirements. Accounting – You manage the sales background and ticketing system, plead tariff data and answer a secure, cashless payment transaction. Support Auditing – You prepare audit-relevant documents structured, tune with revision and audit, and answer technical questions precisely.

Graduate degree Bachelor (FH) in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science or equivalent skills and knowledge Multiannual experience in the technical field of transport, preferably in the ÖPNV Knowledge of the implementation of IT projects and the administration of operational IT systems (including MS Office and Patris Office) Experience in connecting DV and web-based systems and in project management Embossed initiative and communication skills Analytical and creative thinking as well as high innovation joy and solution-oriented work Class B driving licence
