Assistance and care: Content design & implementation of social-psychiatric work, professional support of client-related tasks (purchases, doctor visits, orders, etc.) in the living area according to the performance agreement, the furnishing conception and the individual target planning, jobs, administering and issuing of prescribed medicines Cooperation and cooperation: Participation in cross-departmental case meetings, participation in the creation and continuation of the person-centric planning with the clients and the social service Documentation: Leading documentation and participation in assistance planning, documentation and reporting Quality management: support and implementation of quality management, ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements (health protection, personality rights, hygiene and QM - data protection requirements etc.)
