Description

As Head of Sales Food (m/w/d) to ensure the smooth running of all processes within your department. You are a contact person for our customers from the gastronomy and responsible for managing your team.

• Team management: You carry the meat department in the wholesale market independently, plan personnel deployment and support your team in personal and professional development
• Customer service: You convince our customers with competent advice and accommodating service around the meat product range
• Control of the goods sector: They ensure the flow of goods, from the order of goods to the attractive presentation of goods to the sale, and have a look at the costs and revenues
• Progress: You know the needs of our customers and help us develop and optimize our processes
• Quality assurance: Our customers can rely on the availability of fresh and high quality products, as they ensure compliance with statutory and internal quality assurance requirements (e.g. HACCP)

Qualifications

• Education: You have completed training in trade or in meat trade (e.g. wholesale trader (m/w/d), retail trader (m/w/d), butcher / Fleischer (m/w/d), meat retailer / retailer (m/w/d))
• Leadership experience: Through your experience from a comparable position, you know how to guide and motivate a team
• Experiences and knowledge: At best you have first experiences in trade, passion for meat and safe handling of MS-Office
• Customer orientation: Your pleasure in dealing with people and your enthusiasm for trade contribute to our customers being always satisfied with our service
• Organizational talent: You act responsibly and keep an overview in stress situations
• Ready to use: You are ready to work in the two-layer system
