Development Engineer Hardware - Test Equipment (m/w/d)

For the development of test equipment in a team, they accompany international projects from design, requirements management, design and design to the freelance documentation of the assemblies in the standard stand. They work on the design and development of complex test systems for Underwater Vehicles, mainly in the 19'' control cabinet environment. They create connection plans, wiring lists, current schedules (electro design) and are responsible for the design of analog and digital circuits. The compilation of measurement tasks by means of a test sequencer and the definition of measurement/control functions falls within your field of activity. They contribute to the integration, commissioning and verification/validation of test systems. Furthermore, you support the customer's acceptance of the systems. They support the creation of complete production documents and product documentation in cooperation with the construction department.

They have a completed study of electrical engineering or a comparable discipline. Ideally, you bring knowledge of measurement technology, BUS systems (CAN, IEEE488, Ethernet), sensor signal processing and the PXI system of National Instruments. Theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the development of complex E/E (test) systems would be desirable. Very good team capacity and high self-employment in an agile environment are of course for you. You can demonstrate good English knowledge in word and writing and bring the willingness to occasional worldwide missions.
