As a working student (m/w/d) in the field of Business Development, you support our team in designing and implementing internal communication and project measures and contribute to preparing complex content in a targeted manner. Your tasks: Ensuring and implementing our corporate design in internal communication materials Support in the targeted preparation of complex content, in particular in the context of projects and change processes Participation in planning and implementing internal communication measures Editorial support in the Intranet and organisation and publication of contributions Creation and preparation of communication materials (e.g. suspensions, handouts, digital formats) Bringing creative ideas to further develop internal communication to promote transparency and dialogue Cooperation with internal departments

(m/w/d), ideally in communication sciences, media sciences, journalism or comparable Professional experience in (internal) corporate communication High social and communicative competence, persuasion and diplomatic sense Organizational talent and experience in dealing with different internal stakeholders Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Very good knowledge of office applications and knowledge in supporting creative programs
