As a global supplier management in the Powertrain area, we are a central lever for quality, cost, security of supply and innovation along the drive chains for our production sites of internal combustion engines / electric motors, axles, transmissions, exhaust gas aftertreatment systems and turbochargers. For this purpose, the work of preventive supplier management is particularly important due to the complex, long and international supply chains especially in the area of forging parts and turbochargers. The main focus of the task is on pre-care before risks in the series arise. During your internship, you will gain a good insight into how powertrain supply chains are built, customers will be able to control their suppliers preventively, basics of supplier management such as supplier evaluation, quality management in the automotive sector, project work in series development and dealing with international suppliers and works. These challenges await you, among others: Supplier analysis and monitoring Evaluation of supplier codes Care and preparation of KPI Support for status and management reports
