You are responsible for carrying out and monitoring construction tests and for the planning and monitoring of construction maintenance measures. This includes, inter alia, the following tasks: You plan building tests in coordination with the plant managers, create rock assessments and take over documentation tasks You coordinate and monitor external structural checks You derive measures from the test results and prepare state assessments Plan and monitor constructional maintenance measures according to the HOAI LP 1 to 9 You take over the technical coordination and processing of engineering issues in maintenance in coordination with adjacent specialist departments of OOWV

You can prove a completed study in the field of civil engineering or alternatively a comparable engineering studies You also have a further education on the building inspector (w/m/d) or have at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of statics, structural testing or concrete repair. You bring experience in construction management and construction monitoring You are characterized by your analytical thinking, organisational skills and commitment Communication strength and team spirit complete your profile Your German knowledge corresponds at least to the language level B2 You are owned by the rating class B
