You act efficiently and independently in our practice, supporting the owners and the team on site. Your everyday life includes tasks such as billing, organisational staff management, complaint management, process optimization, controlling and customer support. You ensure compliance with legal requirements and quality and safety standards at any time. Internally and externally, you are the first contact person for all concerns about our practice.

A completed commercial or medical training Multiannual professional experience in healthcare, as far as possible in practice management or a comparable task with leadership experience Ready to use, flexibility and reliability Self-employed and careful working with a view to the essential and understanding of business processes Safety of action at work on PC Strong communication skills, empathy and joy in dealing with people Very good German knowledge, English skills are advantageous
