Creation of house money and operating expenses for the housing owners communities we supervise and for own and foreign-managed rental properties Registration of heating costs during the heat service and execution of other necessary secondary work settlement of payment transactions for WEGs and leases Accompanying document checks with owners Contact person (m/w/d) for our customers with questions about billing Monitoring of payment inputs and execution of dunning Ensuring careful data management and a clear document storage

Successfully completed commercial vocational training and housing background, ideally with professional experience in WEG and rent accounting Knowledge of the operating costs regulation (BetrKV) and the second calculation regulation (II. BV) as well as good knowledge of housing property law (WEG law) Structured, targeted and responsible operation Active cooperation in the team as well as safe occurrence and high self-motivation in daily exchange Safe handling of current MS Office applications Knowledge in ERP-Systems immotion® is advantageous, but no requirement
