Payroll/Invoicing Clerk (m/f/d)

Bookings: You perform complete and content-oriented bookings, check documents and collect all relevant data in our accounting systems. Configuration: You select appropriate accounts and cost centers, soar for a clean constellation and assist in clarifying deviations. Faktura: You first and process invoices, check their completeness and accuracy, and keep inconsistencies in time for clarification. Communication: You communicate bottlenecks, voting requirements and payment status reliably with internal departments and external partners. Account management: You're puggling debitor/credit accounts, performing master data updates and assisting in balancing balances. Reporting: Create regular reports on open positions, flaw rates and throughput times and identify optimization potentials.

Education: You have a completed training in the field of accounting, or you have several years of professional experience in the field. Tools & methods: You are versed in handling SAP and Excel. Skills: You think analytically, strategically and bring a deep understanding of financial relationships. Working: You work independently, structured and bring a high level of results. Communication: You are strong and team-oriented.
