Object developer station reception building

We are looking for you as an object developer at the station reception building (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO at Augsburg or Munich. Your tasks:

Your focus is on the sustainable and holistic development of our reception buildings taking into account functional, design and economic requirements You develop integrated concepts for station areas and DB lands. The focus is on optimal land use, sustainable urban development, environmentally friendly mobility and the best possible combination of different transport options. You analyze development potentials, calculate cost-effectiveness and evaluate opportunities and risks of real estate and infrastructure projects For technical, legal and economic issues concerning the development of complex real estate projects, you support creativity as well as pragmatic solutions Cooperation with internal and external project partners is taxing, negotiations and coordination with the Federal Railway Agency, cities, municipalities and other relevant stakeholders You accompany the process of building law and always keeps the project objectives, dates and conditions in mind With your holistic understanding of the planning and development process, you take the contractor representation in the performance phases 1 to 4 according to HOAI and control the object development from the idea to the approval planning Funded decision bases for management, board and Supervisory Board, you prepare, formulate your own policy proposals and actively participate in strategic decision-making processes.

Your profile:

You have a successfully completed master's degree in architecture, ideally complemented by knowledge or experience in urban or real estate development Multiannual relevant professional experience in project development or in the planning of complex real estate and infrastructure projects An additional qualification in real estate economics or project development is advantageous You will find out more detailed knowledge of the HOAI performance phases 1 to 4 and can demonstrate them using concrete practical examples from project development or project management. With the relevant laws, standards and regulations such as HOAI, VOB, GEG, BauGB, EigV and Bauordnungrecht, you will be safe and application-oriented Through analytical and conceptual strength, creativity, entrepreneurial thinking as well as a pragmatic view of complex challenges you convince Sovereign at all levels, you communicate, understand the needs of different stakeholders and find targeted solutions through the right questions In interdisciplinary teams you are happy to work, take responsibility and enjoy new ways to go and advance innovative projects
