Your tasks: Development and Responsibility of AI Strategies for Central Business Areas (Production, Sales, Aftersales, Mobility, Corporate Functions) Advice from top management (C-Level/Board) on opportunities, risks and positioning of AI derivation of AI roadmaps including prioritization, business cases and build/buy/partner decisions Classification of external AI developments (technology, regulation, competition) in concrete recommendations for action Moderation of strategy formats at top management level (workshops, vision sessions, briefings) Structure and implementation of AI governance structures and Responsible AI frameworks Management of compliance and risk topics (e.g. EU AI Act) in close coordination with legal, IT and specialist areas Continuous market and technology screening incl. Construction of an AI radar Benchmarking of AI maturity against competition and best practices Responsible management of AI strategy projects and control of cross-functional teams Building long-term customer relationships and contributing to the business development and positioning of AI-Practice

Your profile: Relevant relevant experience, including in a strategy/management consultancy or comparable role with C-level contact Experience in the development and communication of AI or technology strategies for larger organisations Solid understanding of AI/ML (e.g. LLMs, Recommendation Systems, Computer Vision) at strategic level Experience in structuring complex topics and creating decision-making templates Knowledge of AI Governance, EU AI Act and Responsible AI Detectable learning agility and ability to quickly evaluate and classify new technologies Ability to differentiate between hype and sustainable technological development Strong communication capability: to prepare complex content in a comprehensible manner for the board and departments Experience in moderating workshops and developing convincing storylines team leadership on professional authority and clear structure Ideally Industry Knowledge Automotive/Mobility and Understanding Digital Business Models studies in a relevant field; MBA/Promotion German and English More information: The activity is to be filled in full time at the Leinfelden-Echterdingen or Berlin site at the earliest possible time and is indefinite.
