SAUTER FM – As a team member of the Leipzig branch office, you are the first contact partner*in for our customers in the objects to be supervised by you. Working hours are 15 to 20 hours per week.

Your duties

• They use high-quality building technology and perform regular tests (e.g. sprinkler tests)
• At any time helpfully serve our customers, tenants and entrepreneurs on site
• with lighter repair work and (as required) cleaning activities ensure the order and the perfect overall condition of the supervised property
• also maintain the green and grey areas
• They support our object technicians in larger measures and help them

Your profile

• a completed training in a craftsmanship
• Continuing training as “electronically instructed person / EuP”, “Sprinklerwart”, etc.
• Professional experience as a master*in
• Knowledge of building technology in the field of electrical or HLKS technology
• Class B licence
• independent operation
• high readiness for use and service orientation
