As a trainee, you start on October 01 (or by appointment) and run 18 months in the category & supplier management at the Mannheim location in the Service Center Germany You support our category and supplier management and learn a variety of activities and processes around the BAUHAUS Online Shop from the Pike In Category Management, you build an extensive knowledge of our digital products – you accompany the entire process from the provision of product data to marketing to ideal storage availability In Supplier Management, you continue to deepen your e-commerce skills and participate in the topics of digital marketplace and dropshipment By working with cross-functional teams and other departments (including purchasing, omnichannel and online marketing), you will understand the overarching connections between the diverse specialist departments Knowing agile working methods (e.g. OKR) and implementing them in your own projects After the learning phase we define your focus for the rest of the trainee program

Complete study of economics, e.g. BWL, marketing, etc., and enthusiasm for e-commerce trends Ideally first practice in category or supplier management through internships/work students activities Good analytical skills and a basic understanding of IT Joy of self-responsible work, situational adaptability A structured, solution-oriented working and communication strength in German and English
