Own-responsible construction monitoring and building supervision of demanding road and engineering projects from the construction phase to commissioning under technical, economic and legal requirements Taxes of all construction activities as well as monitoring of works such as earthworks, asphalt construction, canal construction, engineering construction and special construction Ensure the design quality at the construction site as well as consistent control of compliance with standards, specifications and execution details Professional leadership and further development of the construction management team across all plants Economic development of construction projects and coordination of internal and external project participants Documenting the project stand, creating reports and communicating relevant facts to stakeholders

Complete study of the field of civil engineering, preferably with a focus on road or road construction, civil engineering, construction, construction or construction management, as an alternative qualification as a technician:in or master:in relation to construction At least five years of relevant professional experience in construction management or construction monitoring of demanding road or engineering projects Safe handling of relevant rules, especially VOB and HOAI Impressed quality awareness as well as experience with standard and contractual design Very good German knowledge in word and writing, English knowledge of advantage Communication strength, self-initiative and enforcement capacity as well as safe occurrence to customers and project participants Ready for project-dependent operations on construction sites within Germany and Class B licence
