Number: MER00049Y6 Our Research & Development department (RD/MDD) is responsible for the development and series support of suspension systems such as steel suspensions, air suspensions and active suspension systems for all Mercedes-Benz car series. Production sites of the car series are located in Sindelfingen, Bremen, Rastatt, Kecskemét, Beijing (China), East London (South Africa) and Tuscaloosa (USA). The steel suspension team is responsible in particular for the development, design and design of chassis components. These include the creation of request documents in the form of load specifications and test plans, the design and documentation as well as the testing and release of front axle steel struts, rear axle dampers as well as front axle and rear axle stabilizers including stabilizer linkages for all chassis of the Mercedes-Benz passenger car. For development tasks in the scope of steel suspension, we are looking for a dedicatedn studentin for the following main tasks: Detection and assignment of test and series parts

Determination of running performance data using vehicle identification numbers

Creating assembly orders

Support for parts shipment and warehouse logistics

Vehicle transfers

Test Part Coordination and Part Orders

The activity can begin from December 2026. The job is part-time and is limited to eight months. An extension is possible. Course: Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Technology or a comparable degree course

Knowledge of German and English in Word and Writing

IT knowledge: Secure handling of MS-Office

Personal competencies: commitment, team skills, reliability, affinity for the automobile

Driving class B
