The unit is divided into five teams and comprises a total of 40 employees.

financial and administrative management of national third-party funding projects taking into account project-specific contracts, guidelines and user requirements Project setup, management of project accounts and records, precise determination and compilation of the medium requirement and the medium consumption, if necessary Detection of misuse and safe checking of the coverage of budget positions etc. Creation of reports as well as interim and final evidence, proactive date monitoring and timely dispatch of payment requirements Creating detailed personnel cost calculations and overviews as well as enabling staff resources in the project framework Consultation and support of researchers in all administrative and financial issues relating to the management of third-party projects

Adjustment requirement: university degree (bachelor or equivalent) in an administrative, economic or legal field or a similar field of expertise; or knowledge equivalent to the university degree; or completed training in a management or office-related commercial profession or equivalent expertise and in addition professional experience in managing or office-related commercial activities at Bachelor level (e.g. in public service from EG 9b) or with three years of professional experience in specialist areas of the designated body
