Group Leader Offshore Project Manager (m/f/d)

Leadership and management of a team of offshore project managers Ensuring consistent project execution according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards Establishment and enforcement of PMO processes, governance and reporting standards Escalation entity for delivery risks, resource bottlenecks and stakeholder issues Close cooperation with executives, customers and engineering leaders Contract negotiations and preparation of tenders Coaching and mentoring of project managers Providing continuous improvements in delivery efficiency, prediction accuracy and customer satisfaction Support for resource planning and capacity control

Leadership and Management Proven experience in managing project manager teams, preferably offshore Embossed people management skills (coaching, performance management, conflict resolution) Ability to scale teams and processes in fast growing environments Project & Delivery Management 8+ years of experience in project/programme management, of which at least 3+ years in a leadership role Comprehensive experience in controlling co-dependent projects Expertise in risk management, dependency tracking and management reporting Communication & Stakeholder Management Very good German knowledge Excellent written and oral communication skills in English Other language skills are advantageous Safe occurrence in dealing with senior stakeholders and executives Processes and governance Experience in building or operating a PMO Very good knowledge of project codes, KPIs and delivery dashboards Ability to standardize tools, templates and best practices Training & certifications (required) Complete studies, such as civil engineering, mechanical engineering, etc. PMP, PgMP, SAFe or Agile certifications of advantage
