You take real estate, create documents and prepare all data structured You’ll start Exposés, photos and videos and prepare virtual tours for marketing You actively work in social media and implement content for reach and marketing You communicate with notaries, check notary contracts and accompany the process up to the notary date You plan and accompany visits and are in direct contact with interested parties You organize handovers and arrange for a clean finish for all parties Full collaboration in day-to-day business - We bring you the practice step by step

Start your studies at the IU with (special) abitur, a qualified professional degree or as a national. Technicians:in/operator:in You can prove German skills according to language level B2 You work structured, maintain processes and perform tasks reliably You think and actively seek solutions instead of waiting for specifications You are communicative, you like to work in the team and go open to people You organize your everyday life independently and keep track of multiple tasks Ideally, you have a class B driver's license to flexibly perceive dates Career prospects:

Since you are already actively involved in your studies, you will be able to enter the profession directly after your degree. You take your own objects, enter your customers independently and build your own inventory. Your tasks develop with your interests, e.g. in purchasing, sales or evaluation. We promote you through training, such as in real estate assessment or in purchasing. Our growth creates new areas in which you take responsibility. You work in new dual students and pass on your knowledge directly in the team.
