As a project manager (w/m/d) Bau- und Gebäudetechnik you take responsibility for demanding construction and modernization projects in the technical facility management - at our locations Berlin, Cuxhaven or Hamburg. You control projects from costing and awarding through execution to successful acceptance – with clear responsibility for costs, dates, quality and HSE. Together with internal and external partners, you will ensure that complex construction projects are implemented safely, efficiently and transparently. You take over the project calculation, create tender documents, conduct negotiations with the client and accompany the award process until signing the contract – including responsibility for budget planning and monitoring (CAPEX/OPEX) as well as regular reporting to our customers and internal executives. You plan the project organisation and the use of resources (internal employees, building/object managers, subcontractors), coordinate the construction design and ensure compliance with approvals, regulations and recognised rules of technology, including relevant standards and guidelines (e.g. VDI, EHS standards). You are responsible for the cost, appointment and quality management, set up a project-specific cost tracking with ongoing reporting, actively control claims, claims and change requests and take into account sustainability and energy efficiency aspects. You bear the HSE and occupational safety responsibility, evaluate project-specific hazards, organize instruction, apply for work releases and ensure compliance with all HSE minimum requirements. You organize and moderate project meetings with our customers and stakeholders, ensure complete project documentation and support reports as well as quality reviews and Lessons Learned according to our internal project management standards.

You have completed technical studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture, supply technology, facility management or a comparable qualification; Alternatively, you have a master or technician degree with many years of project experience. You have proven practice in the calculation, tendering, awarding and construction of construction or modernization projects in the technical environment and are safe in handling HOAI, VOB/B and VOB/C as well as DIN 276. You are versed in dealing with instruments of cost, appointment and quality control and feel safe in structured reporting to clients and internal functions (e.g. controlling, procurement). You are familiar with the requirements for HSE and occupational safety at construction sites and bring experience in the management of after-contractors and foreign companies. You convince by clear communication, moderation strength, decision-making pleasure and a pronounced customer and result orientation.
