You are responsible for the technical performance design. They are responsible for expenditure on performance and for the measures arising therefrom, taking into account cost management. The (interdisciplinary) consultation on collective contractual, accounting and performance-relevant and strategic issues is within your area of responsibility. In addition, you are subject to the control and design of new processes and the strategic further development of existing processes. They develop signature contracts, prepare contracts, participate in them and conduct strategic consultations with health and other business players. As a specialist contact person (m/w/d) to the operating units within AOK Bayern, you represent AOK Bayern to the outside in various bodies at federal and state level. They form contracts with the Kassenarzt Vereinigung Bayern (KVB) in the field of collective contractual care and implement new contractual concepts.

They have successfully completed university studies with a Master's level and one of the following priorities: health economics, health management, legal or economic sciences or a comparable subject. Ideally, you have a specific professional experience in the health insurance sector or in the case of corresponding associations at national or federal level. You evaluate detailed information in order to be able to derive appropriate conclusions and consistently align your behavior with the goals of your own area. They inform themselves about current changes in the company, identify potential improvements and provide content contributions to the design of change processes and innovations. They accept value-estimating feedback, handle constructively and integrate actively relevant interfaces. In order to ensure address- and situation-oriented communication, you use different communication techniques and communication channels. They understand complex relationships quickly and are able to develop solutions for existing problems. You prioritise your tasks effectively and align them with your own resources. They make decisions using analytical methods as well as careful consideration of opportunities and risks and take responsibility for this. The specified service standards and individual customer needs are consistently adhered to and taken into account by you.
