For the ''Workplace & Contract Management'' section, we are looking for a*n at the Ulm site Facility Management / Workplace- und Spacemanagment (m/w/d) The ''Workplace & Contract Management'' team is responsible within the facility management for area management as well as for the administration of leases to the Hensoldt locations.

Participation in the development, implementation and management of the company-wide workplace and space management strategy Participation in designing and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external service providers to implement the Workplace Strategy Customize and optimize processes for area and moving management Building benchmarks for area management Planning and implementation of the demand-oriented procurement of office workstations and premises Ensure compliance with quality management processes (specific workplace standards and guidelines, inventory regulations)

Complete commercial or technical studies, preferably in the field of area management, building management, architecture, or civil engineering Experience in Workplace Management and Strategies Ability to self-organisation and prioritization Multiannual professional experience (> 3 years) Consultancy and presentation skills Experience with CAFM Tools (e.g. Planon), CAD, MS Office, SAP desirable Standing for medium-scale business trips German and good English skills
