Own-sponsored implementation of EU-wide procurement procedures and complex national procedures: taking into account procurement law, legal requirements and internal guidelines and requirements. This includes accompaniment from need to commission Calculatory plausibility/checking of performance directories, processing of supplements, including negotiations, as well as contact person for internal and external stakeholders during the contract term, in particular for performance/contractual failures Purchasing technical support of the specialist areas for the respective assigned product groups from the facility management services sector and services You are the first contact person:into the procurement market and know this and their further development

Technically: Complete Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Technical Environment or Professional Training IHK with proven long-term professional experience in purchasing in technical purchasing Good knowledge of EU law First experiences in public purchasing and shopping experience in the FM services department Very good user knowledge and experience in handling standard software incl. MS-Office package and user knowledge in SAP S4 Hana, award manager and other IT purchasing systems Good knowledge of English multiannual experience in independent project management Personal: Change competence You're curious and you're actively carrying out your desire to change.
