• Processing and notification of foreign invoices, including verification of articles for predictability

• Digital collection of incoming customer requests and maintenance of master data

Your profile

• completed commercial training or a study or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in customer service or in a similar position desirable
• Very good German knowledge (min. C1) as well as good English knowledge (min. B1) in word and writing are essential
• Secure handling of MS Office and CRM systems
