Leading and developing the AI-LAB as a central hub for AI knowledge, governance, capability and use-case development throughout the organization Professional leadership of decentralized AI managers in the departments – from control and coaching to joint further development Build and maintain an organization-wide AI manager community with uniform standards, tools and methods Bundling and prioritizing AI-use-cases by systematic evaluation (e.g. impact/reaction complexity), scoring and creating a prioritized roadmap for decision support Moderate Use-Case-Reviews and Ideation Sessions for the Structured Identification and Evaluation of New AI-Potenziale Active stakeholder management through structured coordination and coordination between departments, IT, data protection, information security and management Implement and further develop the AI governance framework including quality standards for documentation, model selection, risk analysis and monitoring Developing and implementing a learning and skills programme for the entire organization – from training modules to guidelines to best practices Accompanied by consulting managers and promoting acceptance in the fields of expertise Ensure the governance compliance of all AI activities in close coordination with the Head of Division AI, Data Protection and Compliance

Completed studies (Bachelor, Master preferred) in the field of Business Informatics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or a comparable subject area Multiannual professional experience in AI, data, digitization or consulting projects Funded project management experience, ideally using agile methods Experience in building communities, competence centres or comparable network structures Very good understanding of AI governance, data quality and risk and compliance issues Experience in healthcare or public sector of advantage Excellent communication and moderation competence for coordinating heterogeneous stakeholders Embossed consulting skills and ability to structur complex topics Structured, solution-oriented operation with high self-responsibility
