Self-preparation and execution of monthly wage and salary bills for our clients Care and management of personnel master files Creation of certificates, notifications and evaluations Processing of entry and exits and changes in employment relationship Implementation of the reporting procedures between employers and social security institutions, health insurance funds and financial authorities Contact persons for clients and experts (including tax advisors, lawyers) in matters of tax and social insurance law Close cooperation with the existing Payroll team, participation in the expansion and further development of our Payroll services and the tools used

Completed vocational training or training for the payroll holder At least 2–3 years of professional experience in payroll accounting Good knowledge of pay tax and social security law Experience with a wage billing system (DATEV LODAS, DATEV wage & salary, Addison wage) Safe handling of common office applications Customer orientation and communication strength Careful, reliable and structured operation Very good French knowledge for exchange with our customers; English knowledge is advantageous
