SAP HCM Consultant (m/f/d)

We are now looking for you as SAP HCM Consultant (w/m/d)!

Advising the specialist departments with regard to the possibilities of the SAP HCM system for optimizing processes in human resources Support and further development of the SAP system in the fields of HCM modules, in particular in wage and salary accounting, personnel administration, org management and master data management Participation in transnational projects, including acquisitions and post-Merger integration Analysis, optimization and redesign of SAP processes, especially in the areas of billing, org management, digital personal files and master data management Implementation and implementation of internal controls (IKS) to ensure process quality Support for financial statements and audits

Completed studies of economics, business informatics or comparable training Found experience in the field of SAP HCM, including customizing and integration knowledge in adjacent modules (especially payroll accounting, personal administration, org management and master data maintenance) Embossed understanding of HCM processes and analytical and conceptual skills Safe appearance, communication strength and presentation skills knowledge of ABAP or ABAP objects as well as experience with process design, automation and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Structured and independent working with a high integration capability in the team Very good MS Office knowledge (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Flowing German and English skills
