Tax Advisors - Structuring Advice for Entrepreneurs (m/f/d)

For my mandate - a modern, strong-growing tax law firm with a focus on design consulting - I am looking for a tax advisor (m/w/d). The role is aimed at tax consultants who work beyond pure declaration and want to accompany clients in structuring, optimization and strategic issues. The aim is to develop tax solutions with entrepreneurial added value. A personality that thinks entrepreneurial is sought.

• Participation and management of fiscal design and structural projects

• Processing of complex tax issues in the project context

• Development and implementation of structural concepts for entrepreneurs and business groups

• Accompanying restructuring and legal changes

• Support for holding, asset and succession structures

• Advising and accompanying clients in the practical implementation of tax measures

• Technical exchange in the team and support from colleagues

• Step-by-step takeover of additional technical responsibility in projects

• Successfully deposited tax consultant exams and solid tax expertise

• Solution-oriented thinking and high interest in design issues

• Openness for new approaches and practical solutions in consultation
