Head and organisation of the Front Office team, including check-ins and check-outs Ensuring high customer satisfaction through individual care and solution-oriented communication Monitoring and control of daily workflows in the front office Processing of reservations, bookings and requests as well as managing guest accounts Responsibility for compliance with quality standards and corporate policies according to Marriott Implementation and control of safety standards in the hotel Active upselling and sales promotion of rooms and additional services Coordination with other departments, in particular housekeeping and R&B, to ensure a smooth hotel operation Ensuring the proper audit of accounts and the closing of the day Support for the incorporation of new employees and trainees

Multiannual experience in the front office area, ideal in a leadership position High level of responsibility, organisational talent and leadership competence Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented approach to guest care and feedback Experience in working with hotel software and managing booking systems Very good knowledge of German and English, further language skills of advantage Flexibility and willingness to work in different layers A high level of team spirit, friendliness and commitment
