Do you want to work more than just care or with adult people of all ages? Great! We offer a mix of pedagogy and care. Our beautiful and modern residence is located in front of the gates of Hamburg in a green countryside environment. It used to be a farm. Today there are 26 people living in the new building and modernized estate house with disabilities who have found a safe and familiar home here. We offer assistance and nursing services in all areas of life. Our team supports and accompanies them around the clock in their normal everyday life. During the day, the clients visit employment and work offers on Gut Stegen or in the vicinity. We are a reliable and stable team and are looking for reinforcement. Any questions about us? Overview of tasks

• Assistance for people with disabilities in their way of life and their individual needs
• Securing respectful and situation-related care
• Accompanied as part of personal assistance, e.g. in the case of joint purchases, leisure activities or in the case of doctors and authorities visits
• Working with the implementation and implementation of nursing standards
• Work in the field of health promotion and health conservation including the award of medicines and documentation
• Creation of assistance planning, social and progress reports and documentation
• Collaborative advice on nursing aspects within the team
• Communication at different levels with clients, relatives and legal supervisors

• A new colleague with completed training for the elderly caregiver, health caregiver and nursing caregiver*in or a similar nurse qualification
