With a clear view for digitalization potentials, you will accompany the introduction of new digital solutions – including communication, training and user support. In the role of the Data Steward, you assume the technical responsibility for defined data objects and secure data quality as well as data standards. Together with process management, you analyze technical requirements with a focus on data, reporting and key figures systems and develop reports and dashboards. As a central interface between discipline, IT and digital transformation, you support the area management in data-based decisions. Convincing profile Education: You have a successfully completed study of economic informatics or have comparable qualifications with an economic and digital focus. Experience: You ideally bring practical experience in the areas of digitalization, business analysis and data analysis as well as in the handling of key payment systems. Knowledge: You have a good understanding of business processes, their digital support and are familiar with requirements management. Ideally, you have knowledge of MS Power BI, Python or SQL. Working methods: Their operation is analytical, structured and solution-oriented. You can also keep track of complex issues. Personality: You act responsibly and reliably, communicate safely with different stakeholders and act confidently towards executives. Openness for new technologies as well as a high level of learning complete your profile. About the area The central customer management area ensures the uniform and efficient processing of all customer requests – starting with initial contact up to final settlement. We are responsible for the central control and coordination of the end-to-end processes and ensure continuous transparent and reliable communication with our customers. Our overarching goal is to design the network processes both customer-oriented and legally compliant and to develop them consistently through modern, digital solutions.
