It's waiting for you Together with your team, you ensure customer- and cost-oriented damage processing and take responsibility for employee deployment planning. You control the workloads and the telephone availability in cooperation with the other teams in the nationwide network. For customer-oriented and demand-oriented deployment planning of your team, you use our control information and team key numbers (Dashboards). You accompany and support the team's further education using all existing training sports. As part of the development of your employees, you will lead team dialogues and workstations to ensure high quality in the team. You accompany and promote the continuous professional and customer-oriented development of the team. This always focuses on a continuously changing world of work, with an open and forward-looking view of cultural transformation and active and agile cooperation. You ensure that your team always keeps the AXA values and the requirements of the global AXA group in focus. Your function is equipped with appropriate commitment and payment authorizations for AXA Versicherung AG. You accompany and implement change topics, all aspects of Modern Leadership and all PainPoints open and solution-oriented. In doing so, you’ll work with empathy, get authentic and work confidently and constructively with the employees and executives. You act as the first contact person for our customers and sales. Participation in projects and special tasks are also part of your new function.
